- Comparisons — Side-by-side tool evaluations

- Market Intelligence — Pricing data, news aggregation, and trend analysis

All scores and evaluations are generated from public benchmark data and independent analysis. AIFE does not accept payment for rankings or scores.

You agree not to:

- Scrape, crawl, or systematically download data from the Platform without authorization

- Attempt to manipulate scores, rankings, or reviews

- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose

- Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform

- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any tool or company listed on AIFE

All content on AIFE — including scores, evaluations, rankings, UI design, and branding — is the intellectual property of AIFE and its creators.

You may reference AIFE scores and rankings with proper attribution. Bulk reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of our data requires written permission.

Tool names, logos, and descriptions belong to their respective owners. AIFE displays this information for informational and comparative purposes under fair use.

AIFE is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

- Scores and rankings are based on publicly available benchmarks and may not reflect every use case

- Pricing information is sourced from public pages and may be outdated

- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data

Always verify critical information directly with tool providers before making purchasing decisions.

AIFE and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages from purchasing decisions made based on AIFE scores, tool comparisons, or pricing data.

Your use of AIFE is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use data.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform for any user who violates these terms or engages in behavior that harms the Platform or its community.
